Sometimes referred to as "the Strangest House in the World", George Daynor's 'Castle' is rising from it's ashes. Kevin Kirshner and Jeff Tirante have taken it upon themselves to bring 'the Palace' back to life.

The property has been labeled 'parkland' since the city demolished the 'Palace' in 1969. After years of getting proper paperwork, Kevin received approval to rebuild it.

As of August 2002, work has been started on the foundation.

They plan to rebuild the 'Palace' as close as possible to the original and promise to keep the original ticket booth.
