1. Eugene Banks, and the unnamed friend whose garage the drum was found in, were very "intelligent". They both belonged to Mensa, the High IQ Society. I also belong to Mensa. However, since I joined about 3 years after this incident, I didn't know either one of these people.
2. At the time of this incident, I was working across the street from Eugene Banks' home in Phila.
3. I met Bob Malarchik once, at the home of a friend.
The other people were considered "innocent" and have moved on with their lives. I see no reason to dredge up the past for those people.
The two accomplices were known only as the "two black men" for most of the investigation. It wasn't until Eugene Banks' trial that one of them was identified.
As far as my research has taken me, the other "black man" has never been identified or brought to trial.
